A: We aim to make dogs available for adoption as soon as possible. Adult dogs are typically ready once they've received necessary vet care. Nursing moms, puppies, and medical cases are posted once they are ready. Follow us on social media for updates on these cases.
A: No, please apply only once and list all dogs you're interested in on the application. If not selected for one dog, you can email us about others.
A: Yes, we do adopt out of state, but adopters must travel to us as we do not ship dogs.
A: Yes! Please check out our Events page to see where we will be next.
A: Yes, all our animals are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. If you need resources to get your animal fixed please ask!
A: We arrange private meet & greets after an application is approved. We also host adoption events where you can meet dogs.
A: Our fosters choose adopters they feel are the best fit, but we'll continue searching for your perfect pup!
A: Apply through our "Puppies Available Now" page once litters are posted. Puppies are adopted out after they receive their first vaccines.

A: We understand that the adoption fees may seem high, but they reflect the comprehensive care each dog receives before finding their forever home. Our fee structure is as follows:
- $400 for adult dogs covers essential services such as spaying/neutering, vaccines, microchipping, and a wellness visit.
- $500 for puppies includes all the same services as adult dogs, but often, puppies require additional care during their 6-8 weeks with us prior to adoption, which entails extra resources and effort.
- $800 is for dogs with special needs or medical conditions. This includes surgeries, allergy testing, specialized food, and treatments for conditions like parvovirus. Dogs like French Bulldogs often fall into this category, requiring extensive medical attention.
As a donation-based organization, our adoption fees are crucial in covering the costs of veterinary care, food, and other necessities to save the lives of animals in need. Your support enables us to continue our mission of rescuing and caring for animals in need. Thank you for your understanding and generosity.
A: The adoption fee includes a wellness check, vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter, and treatment of pre-existing conditions to get the dog to a healthy state.
